A bit about me.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, teaching a wide variety of group classes as well as one to one lessons and for the past 15 years my own, well established Pilates classes. Along with teaching my private Sutton based Pilates classes, I also teach at David Lloyd Cheam and Nuffield Cheam.
Since lockdown, I have been providing 12 virtual classes 5-days a week for Pilates as well as FFY, Total Body Conditioning, Stretch + Relax and Paracise. I also provide a weekly pop-up class to all regular members of Christine's Pilates.

Paracise is a 45 minute, no floor, work out. An effective exercise program that we can all still enjoy during this period of isolation. Paracise via video call helps to ensure that people can still benefit from this fabulous class, keeping active whilst most importantly staying safe.
FREESTYLE FITNESS YOGA
Movement and Breath
In Freestyle Fitness Yoga, I use the traditional yoga postures, but create fluid routines that build strength, flexibility and mobility with minimal 'stopping'
Fitness program that incorporates deep stretch, Yoga postures and fitness principles. Every element of FFY is validated from a fitness perspective
It is not a spiritual experience as it mimics Yoga in its breathing and style offering postures that endorse strength and stability.
Postures are prescribed from the body's natural anatomical perspective using the language of fitness. We do not use Yoga names and references. Extreme postures that exceed optimal ranges of motion generally are avoided

Christines classes are really great. She has great knowledge & this shows in the varied and professional approach she has to teaching. The Zoom classes during lockdown have been fantastic!
At first I was a bit sceptical about having online exercise classes. But I'm glad I gave it a go as Christine Kennard is as thorough in her Zoom classes as she is in her "normal " classes. Before the quarantine I was having one pilates class a week. Since the online classes started I've been doing 3 classes a week, including the body conditioning. It feels good to be able to do exercises that a few months ago I struggled with. Thanks, Chris. Keep up the good job.
